Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.

Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for change requests.

Support UAT planning and execution; validate deliverables against requirements.

Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively.

Ensure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and organizational standards (if applicable).

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in requirement elicitation and documentation.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum and Waterfall environments.

Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to create process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams.

Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Experience in managing cross-functional and global teams.

Knowledge of SDLC and product lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Domain e.g., Healthcare, BFSI, Pharma, Digital, AI, Enterprise Applications].

Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications is a plus.

Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.) is an added advantage.
