You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
