Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and detailed analysis are key components, ensuring that the organization s objectives are clearly understood and effectively supported through well-designed processes and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
  • Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Support the development and implementation of business solutions by bridging gaps between business needs and technology capabilities.
  • Assist in validating and testing solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies used for requirements gathering and documentation.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
