The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the organization s processes are optimized and well-integrated with technology.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate process improvements and system changes effectively.
• Support the development and implementation of business solutions by liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within business processes to enhance efficiency.
