Project Role Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current state of the organization and its processes.
- Identify customer requirements and define future business solutions.
- Conduct functional analysis, documentation, and configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Understand AX 2012 Retail architecture and its integration with third-party payment systems.
- Build positive client relationships and understand customer businesses.
- Communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Technical Experience:
- Hands-on experience with AX 2012 POS Retail; understanding of other modules is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AX 2012 Retail architecture.
- Exposure to AX 2012 ePOS solutions.
