Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather and qualify requirements from business users and clients for RTR product implementation. Ensure acceptance criteria and arrive at a solution blueprint.
- Commit to solution cost and schedule and obtain stake holder buy in
- Someone who is able to drive client conversations during pre-solution, solutioning stage
- Deliver to plan and ensure & monitor client service deliverables to attain contractual service levels and compliance
- Manage the project financial to ensure the cost vs. recovery is aligned
- Oversee customer escalation management and ensure timely resolution and share the voice of the customer to other stakeholders
- Create, maintain and utilize delivery and sales assets that are relevant to demonstrate thought leadership, and/ or reduce delivery effort and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Overall 10+ years of experience
- Strong Functional skill set R2R (primary), FP&A (secondary)
- Significant and varied technology implementation experience in F&A landscape for large clients, majorly in outsourcing industry, GCC, large multinational captives
- Experience in implementation of third-party products, SAAS like Blackline, Cadency, HighRadius (RTR), and other RTR platforms. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in complexed solutioning and deployment with agentic and hyper automation
- Added advantage to the candidates who have worked on newer technologies like LCNC, Agentic.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently to plan and execute the implementation by working with client, operation team and vendor.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different levels of the organization (both internal and external)
- Excellent communication, presentation and highly refined interpersonal skills.
