You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions.
- Conduct gap analysis and document findings.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in conducting impact analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
