Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Must have skills : ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization s existing processes and systems to understand how they align with the overall business model and technology landscape. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs, and envisioning an improved future state or business solution. The position demands extensive research, collection, and synthesis of relevant information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration across various departments is essential to ensure that the designed processes and systems effectively meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with process modeling and business analysis frameworks.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
