Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential to ensure that the business objectives are clearly defined and effectively supported by technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding and contribution to projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process reengineering.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business scenarios and propose effective solutions.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management principles and tools to support delivery timelines.
Competence in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
