Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization's structure and workflows to understand how various processes and systems interact. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with different teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and its challenges is a key part of daily activities, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback and performance metrics.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Intelligent Asset Management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from diverse sources to support business decisions.
- Ability to design and document business processes and system requirements clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with various teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
