Job Description

Summary:

Partner with Process Excellence Leads/Global Process Owners to drive optimized, simple, detailed, and secure end-to-end People Processes, improving worker experience. Collaborate with Business Process Teams, functional, and technical teams to support the end-to-end process development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project activities including requirement gathering, solution design, test development, and implementation.
  • Lead and participate in workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other techniques to understand business problems and user needs within large, sophisticated projects.
  • Translate business problems and user needs into a set of detailed requirements for the solution that align with standard process methodology.
  • Lead senior collaborator relationships, ensuring alignment across business and technical collaborators.
  • Analyze large amounts of complex information and use it to produce solutions.
  • Communicate effectively across senior technical and business collaborators, ensuring the understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria is aligned.
  • Understand business processes and activities that impact and are impacted by the project while developing an understanding of how the project aligns with the wider strategy of the department.
  • Assist the Product Owner to visualize outcomes, prioritize work, and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP).

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a large digital organization, or demonstrated understanding of how large digital organizations operate in the context of this role.
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in Workday HCM including Reward.
  • Previous experience working across senior technical and business collaborators ensuring the understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria is aligned.

Required Skills:

  • Facilitation skills with the ability to find common ground between the technical and non-technical.
  • Lean/6 Sigma experience: Ability to solve problems, diagnose issues, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent collaborator engagement skills.
  • Experience in problem-solving and working with others to deliver at pace.
  • Experience making decisions within agreed parameters.
  • Superb communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ideally 2 years of experience working as part of a multinational HR Shared Services organization with exposure to different global markets.
  • Ideally 2 years of experience working within a change governance process or framework, being responsible for documentation or presenting technology/process changes.
  • Ideally familiar with the ServiceNow platform.
