Summary:
Partner with Process Excellence Leads/Global Process Owners to drive optimized, simple, detailed, and secure end-to-end People Processes, improving worker experience. Collaborate with Business Process Teams, functional, and technical teams to support the end-to-end process development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project activities including requirement gathering, solution design, test development, and implementation.
- Lead and participate in workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other techniques to understand business problems and user needs within large, sophisticated projects.
- Translate business problems and user needs into a set of detailed requirements for the solution that align with standard process methodology.
- Lead senior collaborator relationships, ensuring alignment across business and technical collaborators.
- Analyze large amounts of complex information and use it to produce solutions.
- Communicate effectively across senior technical and business collaborators, ensuring the understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria is aligned.
- Understand business processes and activities that impact and are impacted by the project while developing an understanding of how the project aligns with the wider strategy of the department.
- Assist the Product Owner to visualize outcomes, prioritize work, and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP).
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a large digital organization, or demonstrated understanding of how large digital organizations operate in the context of this role.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Workday HCM including Reward.
- Previous experience working across senior technical and business collaborators ensuring the understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria is aligned.

- Facilitation skills with the ability to find common ground between the technical and non-technical.
- Lean/6 Sigma experience: Ability to solve problems, diagnose issues, and develop appropriate solutions.

- Superb communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Ideally 2 years of experience working as part of a multinational HR Shared Services organization with exposure to different global markets.
- Ideally 2 years of experience working within a change governance process or framework, being responsible for documentation or presenting technology/process changes.
- Ideally familiar with the ServiceNow platform.
