Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Legal Digital Transformation program within a global pharma/healthcare organization. The role involves working with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to digitize and optimize legal processes using modern technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to analyze and improve legal processes
• Support implementation of CLM, Matter Management, and E-Billing solutions
• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, and process documentation
• Support Agile delivery and UAT activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards

Required Skills:

• 8+ years BA experience
• Experience in Legal Operations or regulated environments
• Exposure to pharma/life sciences/healthcare domain
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CLM/workflow tools and JIRA/Confluence
