Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Analyst based in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and creating actionable strategies for the implementation of technical solutions. Daily tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, performing analysis, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and proposing process improvements to drive efficiency and success. As part of the role, the Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions aligned with business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to assess data and make informed recommendations
• Making Good Presentations and Building Scope of Work
• Proficiency in understanding Business Processes and developing Business Requirements tailored to achieve organizational objectives
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to focus on process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or a related position
• Experience in Building SaaS products and Tech Platforms.
