Job Description

The Partner Programs & Custom Tools Support team is part of the Partner Applications Support team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations. You will collaborate with teams such as OAL, iLearning, Pearson, and Expertise Center Development to synchronize user certificates and customer success stories in the Expertise Dashboard. Your responsibilities will include managing user access, domain updates, and badge assignments within OPS, as well as supporting system enhancements by partnering with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and PRM and Store OAL teams. Additionally, you will provide weekly status updates on technical issue resolution and bug fixes, ensuring clear communication across internal teams.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, working with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

11 AM to 8 PM (IST Time Zone)

2-3 years relevant work experience.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including OAL, iLearning, Pearson, and Expertise Center Development teams, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system functionality.

Manage user access, domain updates, and badge assignments within OPS.

Support system enhancements by partnering with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and PRM and Store OAL teams.

Provide weekly status updates on technical issue resolution, bug fixes, and daily operational reports.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Support Oracle's online ordering ecosystem by testing new enhancements and performing regression testing.

Log system issues on behalf of partners and follow each bug through to resolution.

Drive implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.

Apply problem-solving skills with guidance to understand and apply company policies and procedures.

Contribute to maintaining and building indirect revenue from the Indirect Community in all supported regions.
