About the Role

The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team provides high-quality information through activities that include developing essential applications, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs, and implementing data standards and governance.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate - Business Analyst on the Master Connectivity Data (MCD) team, you will manage authoritative connectivity data across DTCC's ecosystem, ensuring accuracy, standardization, and availability for internal systems and external integrations. This data is critical for operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client onboarding.

You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving modernization initiatives and data integration efforts. Your work will reduce risk, accelerate delivery, and enhance stakeholder alignment across multiple business lines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for connectivity data and related systems.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process flows for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support testing and validation of delivered solutions, maintaining traceability between requirements and deliverables.
• Collaborate on application modernization and data integration/reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to operational transparency and compliance by enhancing reporting capabilities.
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with DTCC standards.
• Provide input on design decisions and recommend optimizations for proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in business analysis within financial services or technology environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Talent needed for Success:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, process flows, and requirements documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with modernization projects, data integration concepts, and reporting tools.
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
