Business Analysis

Functional/Technical:

Strong knowledge of listed derivative products lifecycle

Strong knowledge of BO Processes (booking, settlements, accounting)

Strong knowledge of market actors and processes (clearing broker, executing broker, clearing house, market, regulation authorities)

Knowledge of financial flows, including specificities of listed derivatives (Initial Margin, Mark to Market)

Sound knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Lean/Kanban would be a plus)

Involvement in process improvement

Basic SQL (simple queries, joins)

Behavioral:

Good Communication skills

Must be able to work closely with end users and developers.

Must be able to work under stress

Willing to share functional knowledge and skills

Willing to work in flexible timing.

Whilst able to work independently, should be a true team player
