Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working hours: India time with 2 Hours overlapping in PST
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Good knowledge of SQL queries
  • Ability to validate configuration settings and identify discrepancies
  • Analytical skills to review data outputs and reports
  • Familiarity with documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) for tracking configuration changes and findings
  • Understanding of basic billing/invoicing concepts (nice to have)
