Job Description

As the Director of Business Analysis, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our Delivery Analytics services, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service to our clients, and driving the growth and efficiency of our operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation within the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership and Vision:
  • Define and implement the strategic vision for the Delivery Analytics team, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Champion innovation within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our service offerings.
  • Client Relationship and Account Management:
  • Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and how our services can support their goals.
  • Team Management and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the Business Analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary resources and skills to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.
  • Operational Excellence and Innovation:
  • Drive operational excellence within the team, streamlining processes and leveraging technology to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics projects that contribute to strategic decision-making and client solutions.
  • Business Development and Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our service offerings within existing and new client accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Management and Analytics:
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement predictive analytics and advanced data modeling techniques to inform strategic decisions and optimize service delivery.
  • Knowledge Management and Industry Leadership:
  • Ensure the team remains at the cutting edge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in analytics.
  • Represent Delivery Analytics in industry forums and conferences, positioning our team as a leader in the field. Key Expectations:
  • Master's degree in Business, IT, Management, or 5+ years of experience in this related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles within the IT services and analytics sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of business analysis, data analytics methodologies, and technology trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation, manage change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
