Job Description

We are seeking a Business Administration Executive to assist in managing real estate project operations, documentation, and internal coordination. You will be responsible for handling client communication, updating property databases, and preparing MIS reports and presentations for management. This role requires a professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of real estate industry processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project Operations & Coordination: Assist in managing real estate project operations, documentation, and internal coordination. Oversee day-to-day business operations across real estate projects.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Handle client communication, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups. Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure the timely execution of documentation.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards for management. Maintain and update property and project databases.
  • Vendor & Compliance Management: Lead vendor management, procurement processes, and contract handling. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, as well as all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Strategic Support: Support leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, and business development activities.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry processes is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling documentation, vendor management, and administrative functions.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
