Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Account Specialist based in Gurugram. The role involves managing client accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth financial processes. Responsibilities also include analyzing data, preparing reports, and contributing to the overall financial and operational efficiency of NoBrokerHood's offerings.

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Finance for handling accounts and overseeing monetary transactions.
- Customer Service expertise to address client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Experience in Account Management to supervise accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus.
