Business Account Manager

The Business Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Model Town. The selected candidate will oversee and manage client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their needs, tracking account performance, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.

• Strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, and revenue generation
• Proficiency in data analytics, marketing strategies, and utilizing data-driven insights
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the food and restaurant industry or consulting is an advantage
