About the role:
The Business Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, driving timely renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities within the assigned territory. This role blends client servicing with on-ground sales execution, ensuring smooth operational delivery and strong engagement with RWAs and builders to enhance client satisfaction
Job Description:-
1. Account Management
Manage and retain existing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and timely renewals.
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue share.
2. Client Servicing
Serve as the single point of contact for all client needs, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Minimize churn by maintaining consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
3. Field Operations
Conduct 56 productive client meetings daily within the assigned territory.
Start and end the day from the field, ensuring strong client visibility and responsiveness.
4. Relationship Management
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with RWAs, Builders, and Facility Managers.
Represent NoBrokerHood with professionalism and credibility in every interaction.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Log all meetings, visits, and follow-ups accurately in the company's CRM/mobile app.
Adhere to all operational processes, compliance norms, and daily reporting guidelines.
Mandatory requirements for this position
Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales, client servicing, or account management.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city/territory.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in reporting and follow-ups.
Two-wheeler / four-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory.
Client Handling: Ability to manage escalations with patience and professionalism.
