Role Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities include problem-solving client issues, coordinating with various teams to meet client needs, and assisting in client onboarding and training. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 1 year experience in field sales / account management
  • Manage and retain existing society accounts
  • Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients
  • Conduct 56 daily field meetings
  • Resolve issues and reduce churn
  • Maintain CRM updates and daily reports
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Should have two-wheeler with valid license
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory
  • Target-driven and customer-focused
