Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers in the US market.
Understand customer requirements, provide product/service information, and present suitable solutions.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Handle objections and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve customer experience.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably targeting US customers.
Excellent communication skills in English with a clear American accent.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections calmly.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexible to work in US shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in tele-sales, B2B, or B2C sales.
Knowledge of US culture and buying behavior.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
