SALARY:
BASIC SALARY:EURO 1200 1500 (8 Hrs/Day and 26 Days per month)
(Rs.130000 to 162500-(for 8 Hours / Day and 26 Days per month)
Over Time = Daily 2 hrsx26 days = 52 Hrs X 5.75 Euros =286 Euros (Rs. 30000)
GROSS INCOME (with O.T): EURO 1500 1800 (Rs.160000 192000) approx.

CNC - TURNING/LATHE (OR) MANUAL LATHE OPERATOR'S REQUIREMENTS:
Include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in blueprint reading, and strong attention to detail. Candidates need mechanical aptitude and experience with precision measuring tools, along with skills in machine setup, operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Education and training
High school Diploma or GED:
Formal training: Certificates or degrees in machining technology, or completion of an apprenticeship program, can provide a significant advantage.
On-the-job training:
Technical skills
Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation: Essential for understanding specifications and creating parts correctly.
Machine operation: Proficiency in operating Both CNC Lathe and Manual Lathes, including setup and adjustments.
Precision measuring tools: Familiarity with using tools like Vernier callipers and micrometres to inspect parts.
Machining principles: Knowledge of different machining processes, materials/mostly stainless steel and Polymers, and techniques.
Quality control: Ability to inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
Basic math and computer skills: Necessary for calculations.
CNC MILLING / MANUAL MILLING OPERATOR'S REQUIREMENTS:
Runs and maintains machinery CNC Milling / Manual Milling machines, to process raw materials / AISI and Polymers plastic such as PVC, Ertalyte PET-P / into finished products.
Key duties include operating equipment, monitoring production, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
The job requires technical skills like reading blueprints and the ability to work in potentially harsh industrial environments.

Key responsibilities
Operating and monitoring: Running CNC Milling / Manual Milling Machines, and monitoring their performance to ensure efficiency and safety.
Material handling: Controlling the input of raw materials and the output of finished products.
Quality control: Adjusting machine settings to meet quality standards and specifications for the final product.
Maintenance and troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning machinery, and identifying and fixing equipment malfunctions or issues.
Safety and compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols, completing safety reports, and ensuring the work environment is safe.
Record keeping: Logging production data, inventory, and other operational details as required.
Technical interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD designs, or technical drawings to set up and operate machinery correctly.
Required skills and qualifications
Technical proficiency: Ability to operate industrial machinery, with knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining processes.
Technical knowledge: Understanding of how to read and interpret blueprints or other technical specifications.
Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and make quick, informed decisions to improve quality or resolve equipment faults.
Safety mindset: A strong commitment to safety procedures is critical for this role

@Working Hours:48 Hours / Weekand 208hoursper month
@Over time: after 8 hours, works will be treated as Overtime and get extra pay.
@If works on Public Holiday -will be getting extra pay
@Qualification: School certificates,I.T.I / D.M.E mandatorily
@Experience: minimum 3+ years required
@Skills: Should have relevant experience in operating CNC MILLING / LATHE
@GULF / INDIAN EXPERIENCE ANYTHING OK
@Good communication skills

@Contract Period: 2 years (Unlimited extension period depends upon mutual understanding)
