We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems and ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Perform inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage building maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers and contractors.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of repair supplies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in building maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants and contractors.
