The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the electrical industry, specializing in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Ensure that all electrical installations comply with the latest safety and building regulations.
- Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure electrical systems are integrated properly.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components, including wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
