Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute BTL Strategies: Including activations, in-shop branding and promotions, sampling activities, kios setup, and society-level campaigns.

2. Community Engagement Programs: Must have prior experience in executing school and Anganwadi-based activities, or similar community-level programs.

3. On-Ground Campaign Execution: Should have hands-on experience in managing door-to-door campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, rural haats, and fairs.

4. Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support and align BTL efforts with retail marketing initiatives.

5. Vendor & Agency Coordination: Identify, engage, and manage third-party agencies, vendors, and promoters to ensure seamless campaign execution.

6. Execution Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee on-ground execution and provide regular performance analysis and reports.
