Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as the Below-The-Line (BTL) Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and execute all Below-The-Line activities, including trade support, dealer network requirements, BTL activations, and various promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving successful BTL initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
BTL Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive BTL strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify target markets and devise effective BTL campaigns to engage with them.
Trade Support And Dealer Network Management
- Liaise with dealers to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.
- Develop strategies to strengthen relationships with dealers and expand the dealer network.
- Coordinate dealer-centric activities and promotions to drive sales and brand visibility.
BTL Activations
- Conceptualize and execute impactful BTL activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Manage all aspects of BTL activations, including event planning, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL activations, making necessary adjustments for optimization.
In-Shop Branding And POSM Handling
- Oversee the development and implementation of in-shop branding initiatives to enhance brand presence and visibility.
- Manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM) inventory and distribution to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
Outdoor Campaigns And Collateral Development
- Plan and execute outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards, hoardings, and transit ads.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging collaterals, such as catalogues, brochures, and promotional materials.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the BTL budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget utilization and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar BTL role.
- Strong understanding of BTL marketing techniques and strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
