Job Description

Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial workflows.
Provide insights into financial performance through data analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Finance should have:

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
CA + MBA is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
A solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
