Role Summary
The Executive / Senior Executive BTL Marketing will be responsible for executing high-impact on-ground marketing activities to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and walk-ins. The role focuses on planning and executing BTL campaigns such as society camps, mall activations, exhibitions, RWAs, pharmacy onboarding, and other community-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities BTL Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute on-ground BTL marketing activities across assigned locations
- Conduct society camps, health check-up camps, RWA activations, mall exhibitions, joggers park activities, and other local outreach programs
- Execute leaflet distribution, canopy activities, and promotional drives to increase brand awareness
BTL Camps & Activations
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of health camps including permissions, setup, staffing, and reporting
- Ensure effective on-ground presence and engagement during camps and activations
- Support weekend and Sunday camps as per business requirements
On-ground Marketing & Partnerships
- Work on DSA and pharmacy onboarding initiatives under the BTL model
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and channel partners for smooth execution
- Build strong local-level relationships to enhance outreach effectiveness
Channel & Partnership
- Work on DSA activities and pharmacy onboarding under the BTL marketing model
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and channel teams for smooth execution of activities
- Build and maintain strong local relationships to enhance outreach effectiveness
Brand Visibility & Compliance
- Ensure correct placement and usage of branding materials at all activity locations
- Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity across all touchpoints
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on BTL activities
- Track performance of campaigns and share actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely execution

Preferred Profile
- 2+ years of experience in BTL marketing
- Experience in society activations, camps, exhibitions, healthcare or retail marketing preferred
- Strong on-ground execution capability and willingness to work in a field-intensive role
- Good communication skills with a presentable personality
