This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining store efficiency, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. The role also involves meeting sales targets and fostering a positive team environment.

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience
• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Operations to effectively handle daily store activities and drive business performance
• Strong skills in Retail Loss Prevention to protect store assets and minimize shrinkage
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and coordinate with team members efficiently
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a retail team
• Sound understanding of retail sales processes and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of fashion retail, especially in the luxury and ethnic fashion domain, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
