About the Role:
We are hiring Collection Executives for a US-based voice process. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls with customers to manage and resolve outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls with US-based customers regarding payment collections
Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve queries and dues
Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
Comfortable working in night shifts
Basic understanding of customer handling
Stable work/academic background (no frequent switches)
No Loss of Pay (LOP) issues in previous roles
Eligibility:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Age limit: Up to 45 years
Salary & Benefits:
Freshers: 16,000 - 18,000 (in-hand) + 2,000 performance bonus + 1,000 attendance bonus
Experienced: Up to 28,500 (in-hand) + 2,000 performance bonus + 1,000 attendance bonus
Working Details:
Shift: 6:30 PM - 9:30 AM (Rotational)
Week Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
Selection Process: 2 interview rounds
