- Own and execute XED's brand positioning across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring consistency and premium quality across all markets and touchpoints
- Personally develop and produce high-quality marketing collateral — including program brochures, advertising creatives for Facebook and LinkedIn, video briefs and scripts, and web design assets — in adherence to Ivy League university brand guidelines
- Write and edit brand content — copy for campaigns, social media, emails, landing pages, and event collateral — in a tone befitting XED's partnership with top Ivy League universities and the seniority of the audience
- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B events and branded experiences across India, UAE, KSA, and USA; manage end-to-end logistics including external vendor coordination for event management, venue, AV, branding, and merchandising
- Operate and manage design tools (e.g. Canva Pro), mailing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo), and survey tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey) to execute campaigns independently
- Contribute to branding input for XED's website and digital properties; liaise with Tech teams on design direction without requiring hands-on coding
- Analyse brand positioning, monitor market trends, and track competitor activities to sharpen XED's differentiation; provide actionable insights to the Head of Marketing to inform GTM strategy
- Build and maintain XED's brand as the premier choice for customers, university partners, and key stakeholders; ensure all external brand representation reflects the gravitas of partnering with Ivy League institutions
Coordinate with internal teams around brand direction and campaign execution; align creative output to the Head of Marketing's GTM strategy
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience
5 to 8 years of brand and marketing experience, with a proven track record of hands-on execution in building premium brands. The ideal candidate will have personally developed marketing collateral, managed events end-to-end, and operated design and digital tools — ideally within executive education, professional services, or high-value B2B/B2C sectors. Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in fluent, polished English appropriate for Ivy League university partnerships and a sophisticated global audience is essential.
