Brand Strategy and Campaign Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that amplify the Masterbrand's purpose, vision, and values
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen brand equity, build stakeholder trust, and enhance Godrej's reputation
- Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to design integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and corporate channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align business unit branding efforts with the overarching Masterbrand narrative
- Work closely with PR teams (traditional and digital) to coordinate integrated campaigns, manage brand reputation, and drive media outreach
Content Creation and Messaging
- Lead development of corporate and Masterbrand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all communication channels
Analytics and Performance Optimisation
- Track and report on brand campaign performance using defined KPIs
- Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Continuously optimise strategies based on performance results
Innovation and Trends
- Monitor emerging trends, tools, platforms, and audience behavior to inform brand strategies
- Experiment with new formats and techniques to evolve communication and improve audience engagement
Who Are We Looking For
Experience
- 6–8 years in brand strategy, corporate branding, or events management (agency or corporate background)
- Proven success in leading multi-channel brand campaigns
- Experience with brand refresh projects is a plus
- Solid understanding of campaign planning, marketing, and content creation
