WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assisting in brand building and marketing for corporates and niche brands
- Assisting in building and executing detailed marketing calendar packed with activities, events, and promotions from mass media strategies to intimate, on-ground activations
- Coordinating with the creative team to bring marketing assets to life
- Supporting the team during brand activations, client meetings, and market visits in Kolkata ( in-person involvement required)
- Keeping an eye on competitor activity for brands and industry trends
- Contributing fresh, creative marketing ideas that make people sit up and take notice
MUST-HAVES:
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing / Media & Communications
- A strategic mindset that connects big-picture thinking to on-ground results
- Genuine love for art & design
- Interest in marketing, event execution, and brand storytelling
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Being from Calcutta is a PLUS understanding the local culture and vibe will help
- A flair for writing, that is not AI- dependent
- Proficiency in English, Bengali & Hindi

WHAT WILL YOU GET
- Salary: 25- 30K per month (based on merit)
- Location: Hybrid but in Kolkata (90% remote with occasional in-person meetings, market visits, and client interactions in Calcutta)
