Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using broadcasts, catalogs, quick replies, and automation to promote platform features such as momentum and equal-weight share baskets.
- Create personalized multimedia marketing content (images, videos, infographics) with strong calls-to-action for user acquisition and engagement.
- Manage opt-in processes, audience segmentation, and data privacy compliance for scalable outreach to Indian retail investors.
- Set up and optimize WhatsApp Business profiles, QR codes, polls, and communities for demos, feedback, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct sales outreach via WhatsApp, including personalized demos, lead nurturing, cold outreach, and CRM tracking.
- Perform A/B testing of campaigns, track engagement metrics (open rates, conversions), and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Integrate WhatsApp with CRM and marketing tools to support multi-channel growth strategies.
- Scale successful campaigns to other social media channels where appropriate.
- Support customer responses, feedback management, and promotion of webinars or exclusive offers via WhatsApp.
