Job Description

The Lead - Social Media and Branding will lead the college's digital presence, building and enhancing Sri Eshwar College of Engineering's brand across social media platforms. This role focuses on engaging students, faculty, alumni, and the wider community through strategic content, campaigns, and analytics to strengthen reputation, increase visibility, and support institutional goals.

Develop and lead the overall social media strategy aligned with institutional goals

Strengthen the college's brand presence and reputation across digital platforms

Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing for all official social channels

Drive engagement with students, parents, alumni, and external stakeholders

Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to showcase achievements and initiatives

Monitor digital trends and innovate content approaches to maintain relevance

Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights

Manage online community interactions professionally and protect brand image

Support admissions, events, and outreach through targeted digital campaigns

Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms

Education Qualification: Any Degree
