Job Description

Develop brand architecture, advertising, packaging, and brand innovation strategies in consultation with the innovation team.

Understand consumer needs and behaviors, identify brand positioning, opportunities, and challenges for growth.

Supervise the sign-off of marketing materials and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines.

Oversee production of TV, print, digital ads, direct mail, emails, websites, events, and promotional materials; coordinate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and printers.

Take brand ownership by defining vision, mission, goals, and strategies; translate them into actionable brand plans and go-to-market strategies.

Lead creative development to effectively position the brand for target audiences.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communications and materials.

Work with advertising agencies to manage campaigns, design concepts, and production of corporate brochures, leaflets, banners, and short films.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, YouTube, OTT platforms, and other digital channels.
