HiWox is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on preventive wellness, physical wellness, mental wellness, lifestyle redesign, accountability systems, and sustainable human performance.

We are not building another fitness company, wellness app, healthcare startup, or coaching platform.

Our vision is to create scalable transformation systems that help people improve their health, wellbeing, productivity, and quality of life through a combination of wellness science, technology, accountability systems, and human support.

We believe the future of wellness will be driven by education, trust, community, behavioral change, and strong personal brands—not advertisements alone.

About The Opportunity

This is not a conventional marketing role.

We are looking for someone who can help build the brand, voice, growth engine, and community of HiWox from the ground level.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to position HiWox as a trusted transformation ecosystem in preventive wellness, mental wellbeing, lifestyle redesign, and human performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, community building, growth experimentation, partnerships, content strategy, and brand creation.

Equity Structure

Currently, this is an equity-based founding team opportunity with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize revenue systems.

Our primary focus right now is building a highly aligned ownership-driven team with long-term vision.

Our Process Generally Includes

  • Multiple strategic discussions to evaluate mindset, marketing capability, execution ability, and long-term alignment
  • A short NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate communication, ownership, contribution, and practical involvement
  • Long-term onboarding and strategic role structuring as we move toward funding, scaling, and formal company structuring

  • Build and strengthen the HiWox brand across digital and offline channels
  • Develop clear positioning within wellness, healthcare, and human transformation
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints
  • Content & Storytelling
  • Develop educational, awareness-driven, and transformation-focused content
  • Support founder branding and thought leadership initiatives
  • Build storytelling frameworks that inspire trust and engagement
  • Growth & Community Building
  • Build and manage wellness communities
  • Develop partnerships with healthcare professionals, wellness experts, corporates, and institutions
  • Create engagement and referral programs
  • Marketing & Awareness
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Track growth, engagement, and acquisition metrics
  • Identify innovative marketing opportunities and growth channels
