Job Description

We are seeking a creative and analytical Brand Strategist to help build, manage, and strengthen brand presence across B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing brand strategies, market positioning, and integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide brand positioning
  • Define brand messaging, value propositions, and tone of voice across channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Plan and support brand campaigns across digital, social, offline, and experiential platforms
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs, brand health metrics, and campaign analytics
  • Assist in brand launches, rebranding initiatives, and product positioning strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all communication and touchpoints

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy principles for both B2B and B2C markets
  • Experience in storytelling, messaging frameworks, and brand architecture
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and social media branding
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative thinking with a strategic and business-oriented mindset
