Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development of brand strategy and positioning across assigned accounts, translating business objectives into clear brand narratives and architectures.
- Convert consumer and market research into actionable insights and concise creative briefs for creative, media, digital, and social teams.
- Design integrated campaign strategies (campaign concept ➜ channel mix ➜ activation plan) and guide cross-functional teams through execution.
- Drive client-facing strategy sessions and pitches; present strategic recommendations and defend approach with data-driven rationale.
- Define measurement frameworks and monitor brand health, campaign performance, and ROI to inform iterative optimisation.
- Coach and mentor junior strategists; create repeatable strategy playbooks and best-practice templates.
