Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Engineer. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and creating strategies to promote and sell cutting-edge telecom and testing equipment. The candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, provide technical support, and drive sales growth. Regular reporting, customer relationship management, and coordination with technical teams are also part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Marketing skills to effectively promote products and generate business opportunities
  • Analytical skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends and evaluate customer needs
  • Excellent Communication skills for conveying technical details to clients and maintaining professional relationships
  • Basic technical understanding of telecom and testing instruments is advantageous
  • Proven ability to work in a team and independently to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
