Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, research-driven, and insight-led Brand Strategist to shape and strengthen brand positioning across markets. He/shewill be responsible for developing comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth, ensure consistency, and create meaningful connections with target audiences simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation
  • Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and brand architecture
  • Translate business goals into actionable campaign briefs and strategic roadmaps
  • Collaborate with creative, performance, content, and digital teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and provide recommendations
  • Identify emerging social trends to strengthen brand
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, offline, internal communication)
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related
  • 45 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent presentation and experience working with cross-functional teams

PREFERENCE

  • Experience in agency or fast-paced brand environments
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and digital ecosystems
