What you'll do
- Build brand positioning, messaging, and long-term narratives
- Turn business goals into sharp, inspiring creative briefs
- Drive campaign ideas rooted in culture, not clichés
- Work closely with creative, content, and performance teams
- Be the custodian of the brand - strategy + content + creative + execution
- Lead pitch and campaign strategy for prospects and clients
- Drive Growth Narrative's brand strategy and campaigns
- Shape Growth Narrative's own voice and presence across offline and digital platform
- Take complete ownership of projects from thinking to execution
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in brand, digital, or creative strategy with exposure to Luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, architecture, or design-led brands
- Agency experience preferred (min 5 yrs)
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy and brand building
- Ability to think beyond campaigns into long-term brand building
- Strong storytelling and narrative development skills
- High level of self-drive, ownership, and accountability
- Leadership qualities: ability to guide teams, shape thinking, and elevate work
- Sharp taste, cultural awareness, and clarity of thought
