Job Description

Position: Brand Strategist

Location:Ahmedabad / Mumbai (Kandivali)

Reports to:Executive Brand Manager Ratna Shah /Nilisha shah

Job Summary:The Brand Strategist will play a key role in shaping and executing the brand strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.They will be Partnering with Various Tourism Boards and Enhance Brand Visibility for Flamingo Transworld. They will be interacting with Our Partners Across 52 offices and making sure their branding requirements are managed .

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop Branding coloration and Partnership with various stakeholders.

2.Regular communication with Network teamand partners to know their need and coordinate with Branding manager and Assistant branding manager and make sure their branding requirement is fulfilled.

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product , Salesetc and check regular progress on sales and plan marketing strategy and marketing spend around that.

4.Assist Branding Manager and full team to maintainbranding calendar

5.Regularly Tracking of ROI on Marketing activities

6.Lead the development of brand guidelinesand standards to maintain consistency and coherence in brand messaging, visual identity, and brand experience across all touchpoints.

7.Create and execute brand activation plans and campaignsto launch new products, enter new markets, or reposition existing products to drive brand growth and market share.

8.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)related to brand awareness, perception, and engagement to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

9.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing to continually innovate and enhance the brand's competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

1 or 2 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.

Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in market research and consumer insights tools and methodologies.
