Job Description

The team you will be a part of

Retail Operations & Trade Marketing which is responsible for execution and driving business from Retail. We take care of driving the Sell-Outs and visibility at the shop floor by creating right consumer experience and training & developing retail workforce

This role in summary

  • Identification of prospects, shortlisting as per guidelines and target markets
  • Identification of civil, electrical work for store readiness
  • Engaging with agencies for designs, drawings and store rollout
  • Commercial discussions, agreement with partners
  • Complete ownership of the channel/outlets for volume-value-ROI and profitability
  • Preparation of marketing plan as per markets and execution to improve traffic to the stores
  • Create an unmatched consumer experience at the stores
  • Mystery audit and hygiene management of store

Stakeholder Management

  • Internal: HO teams, category teams, marketing teams
  • Regional: RRMM's, RM's, BM's
  • External: Agencies, vendors, common competition sources

Minimum requirements

MBA/PG with 8 years of experience in relevant field

Preferred skills and experiences

Experience in managing EBO channels with minimum 8 years experience in consumer durable or similar field.
