We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced digital marketing Professional to join our Marketing team at Manipal Hospitals!

Role: Branding (Digital Marketing)

Location: Old HAL Airport Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka

What You'll Do:

  • Brand Integrity: Ensure absolute adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and communications.
  • Brand Visibility: Maintain high visibility for the brand across the entire digital and marketing ecosystem.
  • Budget Management: Strategic oversight and adherence to the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation for brand-building activities.
  • Agency Management: Lead and coordinate with external agencies to ensure deliverables align with the 360-degree brand vision.
  • Project Coordination: Competently handle the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment
  • Integrated Brand Strategy: Define and drive the overarching brand strategy, ensuring that the brand's positioning is consistent across all platforms, including social media, content marketing, and offline properties.
  • 360-Degree Brand Positioning: Develop and manage a cohesive content strategy that goes beyond the basics to establish a distinct brand voice. Identify and tap into new marketing channels to optimize ROI and increase revenue growth through holistic brand awareness.
  • Market Share of Voice: Strategize and monitor initiatives that strengthen the brand's share of voice across the industry, ensuring the brand reaches desired target groups effectively.
  • Reputation & Credibility Management: Use advanced analytics and listening tools to monitor the organization's reputation. Proactively manage brand perception to ensure the maintenance of a trusted healthcare identity.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Drive multi-channel marketing campaignsincluding awareness, lead generation, and event-based activationsto support both Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) digital business growth.
  • Influencer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key influencers and industry voices to enhance brand credibility and extend reach within the healthcare space

What We Are Looking For:

  • Graduate/MBA
  • Minimum 4 years of experience predominantly in Digital Marketing & Brand Management
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
