Job Description

he role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end category growth, including portfolio planning, pricing strategy, data‑led decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration across the digital commerce network. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading category strategy, assortment planning, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Managing supplier partnerships, onboarding, and performance optimization.
  • Conducting pricing, margin, and financial analyses to improve unit economics.
  • Launching and scaling category expansion programs, new product opportunities, and ecosystem collaborations.
  • Working cross‑functionally with product, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Delivering category‑level insights through analytics, research, and market intelligence.
  • Supporting high-velocity events, nationwide rollouts, and ecosystem experiments.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings experience in category management, program management, or business strategy-ideally from e‑commerce, digital marketplaces, or consumer brands. They excel in financial modeling, pricing strategy, growth planning, vendor management, and driving cross‑functional programs. A data-driven mindset, strong analytical capability, stakeholder management strength, and ability to execute at scale are essential. Candidates with experience launching new categories, managing large portfolios, or delivering multi‑crore revenue impact will be a strong fit.
