Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret brief from the client to understand the brand positioning, key challenges, Brand/Initiative Objectives and resources available and drive ideation and execution across all relevant properties.
  • Understand all the sell-able commodities of each IP including media, content, digital, on-ground and develop more such commodities.
  • Stay on top of the trends in a rapidly changing media market and client industries by continuous upgrading and learning.
  • Build and foster meaningful national and global partnerships across non-revenue partners
  • Develop and update an ideal lead generation and step-wise pitching process using relevant technology.
  • Execute agreed plan through key stakeholders in all relevant vehicles for each campaign.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns to the brand and partners.

Skills Required:

  • This role needs a balance of very strong marketing creativity and commercial acumen.
  • You should be able to convey with clarity & effectiveness across verbal and written communications. This role will require doing presentations, calls and in-person meetings with clients regularly.
  • Nerves of steel and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask & work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a digital agency with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Agency or festival sales background preferred.
